If you wish to exchange sizes, or return your items please notify us once you have receive the parcel. Once we have confirm the stock is available to or your allow to exchange size, kindly deliver back to us or we will arrange a pickup if available. You will have to pay the costs of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed.
If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, you may exchange them. No refund will be made.
Sale and markdown items are non-returnable and non exchangeable.
Items that are damaged, marked or altered or without price tag may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

CLEARANCE/MARKDOWN ITEMS
Strictly no exchange/ return/ refund for clearance and markdown items.
EXCHANGE PERIOD
Website : 3-7 days after parcel is received.
Store : 7 days after purchased.
EXCHANGE VENUE

PROMO ITEMS
Customer may request an exchange to different color and size of the same or difference collection, subjected to availability.
